Refund Policy
1. You are only entitled to a premium refund if you cancel your insurance, or
reduce your coverage. Please contact your broker, Maritime advisor or any
Maritime office if you want to cancel or reduce your coverage.
2. There are rules and regulations applicable to cancellation and reduction of
your policy coverage. These also apply if your premium is paid online.
3. We do not store your payment information, and therefore cannot refund
premiums to your credit or debit card. You will be advised of the timing and
method of your refund as part of the cancellation/reduction process.
4. If you have a dispute concerning your online payment, please contact us
directly within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of the transaction.
Maritime will investigate and attempt to resolve your dispute within a mutually
acceptable timeframe.
5. If a refund is approved, we will contact you to advise of the timing and method
of your payment.
